If aliens arrived tomorrow, what’s the first thing you’d ask them?

Come on in!

Now look at y’all. No offense, but you look tired and hungry.

“Agnes, come help me heat up them leftovers for our guests.”

Y’all remind me of my cousin Pam and her six kids. Them city slickers show up without calling too, and they’re from some strange part of California.

“Go on and have a seat. Make yourselves comfortable.”

The meatloaf is a little green around the edges, but that’s just where the flavor settled in. Pam ate a whole pan yesterday, and she only went blind in one eye.

Besides, it’s heavy enough to use as ammunition if my nosy neighbors decide to ambush us.

“So tell me, now that you’re here… was it worth the trip?”

I chuckled once I got to the last line after reading that. A good post.

If I was asking aliens a question. I be saying,
” You’ve probably heard how humans are one day hoping to live on another planet? I guess you have had time to inspect ours and seen the terrible litter here and there that some people drop.
And you may have been unlucky to see a corner of a beautiful nature reserve where someone has dumped a load of rubbish that would fill a van.
This street is quiet. But it’s not always. Would you like humans to live in your planet?”

I don’t think the aliens would like us living there with them. They would have to fully check us out before giving us a pass or not.
