What are your favorite side-hustle ideas?

I’ve been walking around with a portfolio of after-hours enterprises, ranked according to preference.

Like all of us.

I have the main job.

Apparently, one job is no longer enough.

So, let’s see if I can break this down for you.

I hustle every morning
just to make it there by eight.
Coffee riding shotgun,
while I’m negotiating fate.

Then they ask about my side hustle—
my favorite, nonetheless.
Apparently one job won’t do.
I’m supposed to have excess.

There’s another kind of hustle—
smooth talking is the art.
They’ll sell you what you never needed
and convince you it was smart.  

But mention The Hustle,
and now you’re speaking my language right.
Give me a little disco,
and I’ll happily hustle all night.

So keep your extra job ideas—
I think I’ll take my chance.
The only side gig that I want
is my partner and a dance.
