What’s a place you visited that felt like home?

I’ve traveled looking for places worth visiting.

I’ve never traveled looking for another home.

You can love a place, be fascinated by it, stay longer than planned, and still never confuse it with home.

I agree with Dorothy.

Singing off-key. But moving—by grace.

    I really loved this perspective. There’s something comforting about knowing that even after seeing beautiful places, home still holds a meaning of its own.

    Maybe I do confuse another place with home because the Midwest was never part of my original plan. I truly love it here and have built a life here, but my heart will always belong to California. Sometimes home isn’t just where you live—it’s also the place that holds your memories, your history, and a piece of who you are.

      I love this perspective, Nat. Maybe that’s the part I hadn’t considered. Perhaps we don’t always leave our old homes behind. We just make room for another one.
