What’s your biggest dream?
I am living my dream.
My next dream is building the door so others can walk in too—stacking it high with the stories, histories, and pages that shaped me, then pushing open a pair of heavy wooden shutters so they can step out onto a sunlit balcony and see the endless view.
From there, a path of weathered stone steps unfolds, lined with wild white lilies and ivy-covered walls, leading down into an untamed garden.
Hidden among the terracotta pots, they will find an old vintage suitcase, a globe spun to a forgotten destination, and stacks of antique books holding memories of the long white road.
It is a sanctuary built from beautiful wrecks and old souvenirs, showing that even what has been abandoned can be gathered up and made into a home.
I share this dream through my lens not to show you where I have been, but to remind you that your own sanctuary is waiting to be found.
